when you complane in a store its not in front of every coustomer, if one person dosent like something one of the girls does, all possable customers see it and maybe 95% of them would love it, we all love different things, I used to beg Penny not to curl her beautiful silky straight hair cause I didnt want her to damage it, but I didnt do it here, it was private email, all I am saying is respect, they do it for us. Penny's hair is now ass length, she put on free hair cams shows a few months ago, how many just took the time to say thanks Penny??? I know I fight a loosing battle here, but I love these girls and what they do for us.
