Because, you idiot, long-hair women are already very, very rare (have you ever looked around?). We all need to encourage and support women who grow their hair long. Offering praise - or even financial incentives - to women who cut off their long hair is absolutely the WORST thing any of us could do. This kind of crap only reduces the (already tiny) pool of long hair women that we have to appreciate, and that results in us all being surrounded by the kind of mannish, short-haired, unattractive women that are everywhere nowadays. Really, how difficult is it to understand this?
