I realize drug companies average more profit the Drake's piracy of the sixteenth century but this is rediculous. Can't the moderate delete all those automatic drug posts?

Quite frankly, I think anyone who would take the time to post those, automatically or not, is a waste of skin. As usual, the shallow end of the gene pool makes the majority of the problems.
