I definately wouldn't call her "fat".

I think she's got an incredibly voluptous, sexy body.

As a matter of fact, I bet she would be absolutely fantastic to roll around with in the hay -- there's nothing like the feeling of having a solid, sexy body underneath you; sometimes girls who are too frail feel like you're fucking a skeleton.
