Just wanted to chime in here. I have had personal contact with Don on several occasions, via both email and telephone. He seems to be a very nice man, and has always been very good at addressing any concerns I have had regarding his product or follow-up questions or service. I will agree that it has taken some concerted effort on my part at times, but knowing this going in, I have never been disappointed with anything I have ordered from him, and I have over 100 videos from HWAS! Just a little positive to help balance out the equation here, that's all.

oh, and yes, the above mentioned video is also in my collection, and it is phenomenal!!!!!
