I have seen this clip before, with the excerpts from the Japanese show shown in a US talk-show interview with George Michael, though I suspect many here have not. What I'd really like is the full-length original Japanese video.

For the doubters, check out other known video of Cindy and other known images/video of George Michael, the one doing the cutting. They are authentic. More of this interview with George Michael is available on one of TILHC's videos, though there is no more of this particular Cindy clip.

IMO this has to be the premier haircut video for long-hair lovers and would be truly beautiful to see in its original form. George Michael was very respectful and dignified in his cuts (there are stills of some others floating around the web) and really brought out the bittersweet beauty of the dramatic transformation from ultra-long to shorter.
