According to a post by JJJ on the longhairclub forum, Cindy got her hair cut to shoulder length at a George Michael salon in 1983. Absent any account to the contrary, I will consider that to be "best information".

So I am not questioning whether she did get a haircut -- just whether that's the actual footage, or somebody else getting a similar haircut.

The moon landing is probably off-topic for this forum, but since you brought it up, can you explain why the surface under the lunar module in the available video footage is completely undisturbed? The surface is loose and dry. The module supposedly had to land with retro-rockets. (Certainly a parachute wouldn't work.) How would that be possible without the rocket blast displacing any of the sand and gravel?
