I'd agree that , for most hair fetishers ,it probably is more about being embarrassed then being viewed as a perv.

I' m priveleged have a long haired bride. I still compliment long haired ladies that I meet on the street/store/restaurant etc.

99% of the time ..they really enjoy the attention...and I REALLY enjoy giving it to them.

Can you imagine how a Rapunzel feels ,walking down the street after she realizes the appearance of her hair made a total stranger compelled to stop in his tracks & acknowledge it's beauty ?

She'll be walking on air !

So , I'd say ......if your not blessed with a long haired wife or girlfriend, and you don't have any lady friends who are willing to let you touch (sniff) there crowning glory, (OMG!) Then turn off your computers......leave cyber world.....and do your best to locate & compliment a magnifecent girl under a magnifecent head of hair!
