Open WordPad. Minimize to TaskBar.[done]

Drag pic to taskbar.

[pic, that's in the, turn off your pop-up stopper,

jave window,,won't drag.?.thumbs won't eyethur]

It will popup with the URL of the pic (twice)

CNTL-C/CNTL-V it to Address bar.

[never did the 'ctrl' thangy,,sound cool]

Right-click pic as usual.
