I got in to it when as a student my girl had lovely thick dark auburn hair down to mid back in length which she usually had in a thick braid.

Two of her friends had their hair in big beehive styles and they persuaded my girl to let them put her hair up in a big style.

I watched as they back combed and ratted my girls thick hair in to an amazing high pile of frizzed hair. they then combed and shaped it with grest skill in to ma big pleat up the back with big curls on top.
