I know I am not alone in wondering how you persuaded so many interesting and different women to pose for you as hair models.

Could you give us amateur photographers some ideas as to how to work with models such that they would be amenable to these kinds of pictures? How do you select models, do you pay them, and what kinds of things do you tell them?
