Why do you think hair fetish isn't as common in society as other body part fetishes (breasts, buns, legs, etc.)?

When it comes to women us guys have desires of certain body parts like breasts, buns, legs, etc. I know that long soft hair is as desired on a woman just as much as the afore-mentioned body parts are. If guys can have a fetish for breasts, buns, legs, etc. a woman and have them be common body part fetishes, then how come it isn't as the same for long hair?

What is it about long hair that prevents it from being a common body fetish like breasts, buns, legs, etc?
