Just to put the record straight, it stated clearly at the beginning that the girl was his aunt's daughter, that is his first cousin. In most Western countries at least, certainly here in the UK, sexual relationships (if you can even call this incident a sexual relationship) between first cousins are NOT counted as incest, in fact marriage between cousins is perfectly legal.
