Firstly, haven't got the hardware necessary to digitalise that interview, sorry!

Maybe later this year when I upgrade this PC, though.

Secondly, every time I open up Media Player to play a movie file, the damned program crashes and that blue error screen comes up meaning a reboot. Dozens of reboots can't be very healthy for any system, I s'pose.

What's the best way to sort this out?

Tried reinstalling the program but made zilch difference.

Is there another (similar) program I could download to play these?

Apart from "Quick Time" that is.......wouldn't touch it with a bargepole!!
