Okay, the answers are:

1. I was born in Australia but lived in the UK for most of my modeling career, I now live in San Francisco.

2. I think the bathbean shoot was back in 2001 for Soho magazine in the UK, I haven't done anything else like that since (those beans were fucking cold!).

3. I could show you how to tie hair so that the rope won't slip but it's hard to describe...I would have to actually show you.
