I agree, too. #1 and #2 are the key. I'd add #2.5 - respect the woman. They'll feel that you're respecting them and with combination of the other points you can move on ;)) Just had a success that way with an Ukrainian girl a couple weeks ago, took me about 10 minutes ;))
