Long Hair Poems

When Petra was at LHP, I was so captivated and inspired by her beauty, that my mind wandered off, and wrote these poems. I will miss her greatly now she has gone.

Poem 1

RIVERS OF HAIR

In a land far away, beyond visual sight

In a land far away, where's they're no night

Where fields of grass are rich green

And rivers flowing pure and clean

Walking along forest glades, across vast dales

Chorus of song birds voices, loudly hales

They're is an aura of beauty all around

There is a land where peace can be found.

A beautiful woman stands before me

A face as pure as an angel can be

Long flowing rivers of hair cascading from her crown

Falling to her feet, loosely all the way down

Rich brown tresses whirl about her slender stature

Loveliest eyes sparkle brightly with sweet allure

My heart becomes mesmerised, as she draws nigh

As she embraces me, her long hair clings to my side.

I held her to my bosom, as my heart began to race

She looked up and smiled, and took my breath away

She turns and takes my hand, saying come with me

Come see a glorious land so rich and free

We lost all conceptions of time, as we ventured along

Resting we beheld each others eyes, hearts whispering lovers song

As we held each other closer, long brown curtains fell everywhere

As we kissed we were buried neath rivers of hair.

Poem 2

I looked into her eyes,

She took me by surprise,

My heart could not disguise,

An endless flowing passion deep inside

What a loveliest beauty I perceive,

could this be love I believe

Feel as if walking on air,

entwined by dancing hair

Felt the softness her long brown hair,

the aroma of sweet scent everywhere

The queen of beautiful long hair,

brown lucious waves everywhere

The queen of beautiful long hair,

brown lucious waves everywhere.

Poem 3

Picture of elegance

As she walks down the lane

Tree branches bow, forming an arched corridor

As if saluting a perfection of beauty

As if to say; "Tis you I adore

Tis a loveliest queen standing afore

Long silken hair, her crowning glory

Flowing luscious waves falling past her knees

Songbirds smile, then sing songs of serenade

As if saluting a picture of elegance

As if to say; "We're sure glad you came

And we'll sure remember your name.

Poem 4

Petra your hair would shine in any light

Your hair would even sparkle in moonlight

As you sit and eat by candlelight

You are beholden to a man eyes, a beautiful delight

Then to feel soft caresses of your long flowing tresses

In close embrace, and dancing till breaking daylight.
