i filtered this search down to the
''free photo programs''

most of the programs, that i have used, do, basicly, the same thang.
for now, all you want to do is downsize the pic [udder stuff cums later]
useing your new progam, find the pic you want to 'edit'.
look for the 'edit' or 'photo' button.
you want to make it 800 to 1000 pixels wide
or
reduce it in size to, around, 100kbs
or
if the pic has stuff, like the sky, that you could 'crop' out,,
it would be smaller, then.
you will have to xxxperiment, at 1st.
rename the file, each time you try something.
i name them ''800k'' or ''50percent'' or ''cropped''
and when i get it like i want it, i rename it
''beautiful long hair''
