although I am not of that generation, I did grow up watching old 40's movies and perhaps thats where my obsession came from, who knows? Even today I watch every old movie from the 40's that I can, just hoping to see some great rolled hair. Not only do I love the hair from that period, I like the whole women's look from that time, the clothes(especially the ankle strap shoes),the makeup, the whole schmer.
