I think a hair fetish is part genetic and part environment. Both my dad and grandfather liked long hair.I at an early age loved to brush my aunts hair and every babysitter I ever had. When I got into puberty I would buy Playboy mags not for the tits and pussy but rather the long hair shots. In a magazine, if a man was touching a girls hair it would get me aroused. Iwould love all the glamour magazines for the hair pictures and hair stories. Hair fetishism is like alcoholism there is a genetic predispostion toward it and then your life experiences resinforce it. Anyway that is my opinion.
