If you're talking about her hair... I am not certain about that. Seems untouched as far as that goes. (she could be wearing a wig though. )

i've seen many paic of difgital hair extensions over the years and I could almost always tell.

If you're talking about her (face, body, etc) then it's not worse than the rest. All major magazine pics are photoshoped anyway, be it the Playboy/Penthouse type or the Fashion mags type.
