A few days ago, someone posted photos showing the once fabulous Penny no longer had really long hair. I sent a message to Penny and received a response. My e-mail:

" I just saw on a web site that you cut your gorgeous hair even shorter. I assume you had a good reason. Otherwise, you probably lost a major portion of your fan following. Gawd, what a loss."

The response:

"I wasnt making enough income on the long hair to make it balance out with the up keep on it.

I cut it a long time ago though......"
