you can be almost sure someone will grab the picture and post it somewhere if it's public like htere; it's just a question of time...

On the other hand... I've also posted my girlfriend and some other women I know here recently, always making sure her face isn't visible - she'd be mad and I wouldn't like that much either. Without the face, it's "sort of" anonymous, tho.
