If this Raj is a man of honor, try simply asking him to remove your girl's picture from his site. If he knows how you feel, and is an honorable human being, he will take it down. As for sharing, you always run the risk of someone copying and using anything you post on the internet. If you wish to share on a strictly personal, "friend-to-friend" basis, there are sites that allow you to do that. Additionally, you could e-mail pics of your lovely lady to people that you believe will appreciate her, and not violate your wishes about sharing.
