Carlos, I feel for you and do understand your plight.

The truth is, women who discuss their hair in groups just want to chat to other women. Once they sense there's a guy lurking in the shadows and commenting, they immediately envisage a creepy man jerking furiously over their pics and they feel totally creeped out. They might be a bit shocked that this is happening to them and can only resort to kicking you out of the group.

It's not the same, but imagine for a moment you had a group about your grandkids and a guy was chiming in about how lovely they look, you may feel a bit suspicious about the stranger's intentions and you may kick him out of your group - with or without kind words, this is just my 2 cents, everyone else can give their POVs...
