I have not used OpenArt. Their Terms of Service are vague, but I did a web search for "OpenArt NSFW" and found this:

According to OpenArt AI's Help Center, NSFW content is permitted so long as it's legal. However, explicit content detected by their algorithm will result in a permanent ban, even if it's unpublished.
