To me it looks like shemale plus female. I think I can see three hands. Both the long-haired girl´s hands sport typically colored female fingernails. On a third hand I think I can see naturally-colored fingernails plus some ornament on the thumbnail (visible briefly) that I wouldn´t normally associate with a man, apart from the fact that this third hand seems a little too delicate and too manicured for a man.

To what body does the penis belong that she is stroking? To me it seems like it´s her own, as she is reclining, and although the wonderful mass of hair almost entirely blocks any view, I simply can´t imagine where there should be place (and a reasonable angle to be entering the picture) for a male body to whom this penis could belong.
