My first observation I’d like to make is to ask whether your wife has consented to you sharing photographs of her and her hair with anyone here. It might be an obvious answer, but I think it’s just safe to ask. Another observation is to ask why just people who are between 40 and 60 and another question is to ask on what kind of platform or app would conversations take place over.

I don’t wish to discourage you because truth be told, after lurking around here for many years, I wanted to also engage with other users and talk about long hair, experiences and give opinions as well as anything else long hair related, so absolutely you’re not alone.
