I often see people with amazing hair. But unfortunately there's very little that can be done. Unless, you're willing to come off as a creep, intrude someone's privacy/solitude, or face the music in some way, there's nothing to be done.

If it helps, think of it this way: be glad you saw something amazing; just enjoy the view and move on. Also, lust is temporary.
