Is not impossible to have rapunzel-long-hair but still healthy. My Fascinating hair, Mary Rock, Elena of Hair (in IG), HolisticHabits... there's a lot of examples of well cared extra long manes.

If you look the before pictures, obviously, both girls simply destroyed her own hair. The ends looks poor, thin and just horrible. They cut the bad part and maintain the good one. Now they can start to grow up a healthy mane again.

I really like the haircare videos 'cause girls with REALLY good hair tell how she can obtain that result. And the way is regular trim, in order to cut bad ends. Cut 5 cm., then grow 8 or 9. In that way, hair is always healthy, pretty and sexy. Andreína had a really bad ends.
