Why do we even care for someone in the first place who puts her long hair at stake (at risk) for such a stupid poll?

Either she appreciates her long hair enough to keep it anyway, no matter what anyone says, or she´s not worth the worry, at least not by the standards and interests of visitors on this forum.

I won´t have my looks determined by other people anyway. Period. What kind of person must you be to let others have such a say over you? I find it hard to respect a person like that, with so little basic self-respect and stance.

The same works the other way round, too, of course. If someone is forced to wear extremely long hair against her will, that perhaps beautiful hair is not worth anything; it´s a symbol of oppression and should be cut off.
