When I read your question I thought "it's not about looks or height or whatever, of course I could date her." Then I looked it up and I gotta say it's too weird. I imagined a small woman but this is indeed a childs body. And personally I'm absolutely not attracted to that. She may be the coolest person ever but that would freak me out all the time.
