Wow u both are lucky!

I have a question maybe u can please help and advice?

When I met my girlfriend she had a "boy-cut" , hair was 1" long. I got her to grow it (hee hee) and now its just past her neck and she can have a pony tail.

But I want it down to her waist - she knows I like long hair and she might just grow it that long but she sometimes say "Long hair is a hassle to wash etc."..

So my question is..what to say..how to convince her to grow it looooong!!??
