So when I was a kid, and the cable TV was just new back then, perhaps it was late 1990s. I was at a relatives place and happened to see something on TV. The scene included an actor similar to Kelly Hu lying on someone and flipping her hair on his face and sliding tje hiar all over the body till end. Being a hair fetishist I still remember that scene. Few years back I had also searched for the name of the tv program etc. But trying to recall. Anyone here can search or knows about it with the information I gave.
