You might try eBay. Sometimes there are good choices there. You just have to be patient, and try different search word combinations.

52longhair .com/ hairs (remove blanks in url) is a site I have used in the past. They mostly sell ponytails, but the do list wigs occasionally. Expect to pay major $'s for any real human hair.
