You didn't ask for redheads, but Nicole Scott/Red Hot Lauren always had incredible thick soft hair that whoever she was with seemed to enjoy. It was never shorter than waist length, usually at least to her hips, and in her later videos it was almost classic length.

There was another girl back in the 90's whose stuff you can still find. Her name is Wednesday and she had a massively thick brunette mane. She also made the best sounds. People occasionally repost her stuff here.

Ann Sulu/Ann Solo has great long black hair (and sometimes a bush you could lose your car in, which is a plus for me)

Lastly, someone mentioned Julia, the European blonde with hair to her heels. Lovely thick soft looking stuff. I've only seen the one video of her, and it's older than dirt, but it was good.
