tech problemo..i need help...
when i click Convert & Open, now, [i'v been useing this program 4years]
it freezes the page i'm on. can't click nuttin.
other pages i have open, at the bottom, surf fine

the page i 'froze' is still 'froze'.
i have to ctrl/alt/delete and it closes exxxplorer..
i uninstalled this program and reinstalled it [it's real small]

it didn't help. still freezes pc.
[i recently installed norton anti-virus. i don't think that's it]
