If you use Internet Explorer, just make sure you have the latest version. Then, in your options, turn on the 'image toolbar'.

When you hover your mouse over an image, any image, a little toolbar comes up with a little 'disk' picture on it -- just click on the little disk, and you can save the image to your harddrive. No need to go through all that arcane mess you guys had spelled out.
