I currently have 2 female friends that I know well, but one of them hates to have her hair touched (by anyone), which is a pity because she has awesome hair. The other girl doesn't mind usually but lately she has been very depressed and ill and I can barely see her anymore.

I'm finding it hard to find a new female friend. I tried it once using an app that allows you to talk to people close to you (sort of like a dating app) but it felt so unnatural and apparently I did it all wrong once I got to talk to someone. Someone told me I introduced myself too quickly and was really bitchy.

If it's not asked too much, can you give me any advice on what to do next?
