If people are repulsive and don't like a particular site but the site irrespective of the comments received does nothing to upgrade their product quality then i think the admin/site-moderator can/should intervene and tell the subject site admin to amend themselves. As per human nature, if don't like anything, the sight of it irritates you because sometimes no matter how hard u try to ignore, being human, u r sometimes fallible to ur rage. Anyways some people have the notion that being site admin one can what one likes then best wishes for ur site, its time to move on
