I know a girl who grows an inch a month. It's truly amazing. Unfortunately she's a mum of 3 and never goes beyond waist length. Her husband is not a hair fetish guy, he's kind of "meh" about the hair thing. I always cringe when the yearly cut back to shoulder length is imminent. She donates the hair (which I think is a scam) and feels good about it.

We have to realize not everyone feels the passion of super long hair.
