Do you mean with "hair job" that her hair is open? If so then I've had both with my wife. Both are so awesome things that I can't say which do I prefer. I can feel the silkiness of her hair more if the hair is open. But braid looks so fantastic also. And I can put my "thing" through her braid and then she will move it up and down. That feels also heavenly.
