I think you're letting your familiarity with Lalanna make you think it's her but it's not. Similar, yes. Same girl, no.

1) Lalanna's hair was a darker shade of brown.

2) Lalanna cut her hair short as we know, but last I saw, even with the short hair, she still had a "teen" face.

3) The woman in this photo above has an "adult" face, I'm willing to bet.

4) To my eye, Lalanna's skin tone looks darker than the woman in this photo above who looks much more pale by comparison.
