I don´t speak Dutch, either. But come on, guys - with a little imagination, with our knowledge of the long-hair context, and with some readiness to juggle with the Germanic elements of the English language we are all familiar with, the message isn´t really that hard to decode.

I read the gist as being something along these lines:

Which male lover of long hair would like to play with my hair and brush it or whatever ideas long-hair lovers have to do with the hair they worship? Haircutting will not be allowed; absurd ideas and suggestions won´t make sense.

Now, my summary isn´t the gospel, of course, since I´m only concluding and computing back and forth from all the languages I know. Could someone please let me know how close I came to the truth or how far I was off-target?
