it looks like it's a java applet... that means that if you run windows XP with IE, you've got to download Java first

[Java is made by SunMicroSystems... MS made Windows, MS is not allowed to bundle Java anymore, so MS made a Virtual machine, but that is also no longer bundled nor supported by microsoft. To run Java applets on windows based machines you need to download Java from Sun.... i.e. from Windows XP and up i think..]
