I know it shouldn't be a big deal to see a celebrity cut their hair. But when you're a long hair lover like I am, it's a tragedy. Lots of actresses and singers like Miley Cyrus, Rihanna, Lady Gaga, Anne Hathaway and Charlize Theron are destroying their beautiful locks and it just makes my stomach turn as a long hair lover. I know some have done this for artistic or personal reasons and I respect their choice to do so, but still, it makes you cringe to see a once beautiful head of hair be chopped down.

I just can't understand why this has become such a trend and why people are preferring short hair to beautiful long hair. Even though short hair generally doesn't do it for me, that doesn't mean it can't be enjoyable in its own ways. But still, I love long hair and as a long hair lover I feel like I get more depressed each time I see a beautiful long-haired celebrity cut their hair.
