I am hearing those complaints, but those are issues I cannot control. They either have a problem with the source of their internet or browser issues. I wonder how many of those folks have dial-up? I will try your suggested browser, but the one I am using is most user friendly and the pictures I have posted are still there. Will see. Thanks.
