Unsolicited criticism of anybody's English usage, spelling or punctuation is off-topic. There is a long-standing USENET tradition to ban such posts except in newsgroups specifically devoted to English usage, in order to avoid endless pedantic arguments and flame wars.

If somebody is writing a story about a long hair and asks for constructuve criticism, then feel free to provide courteous advice.
