Hey pc, here is a link which features 'Amber Model' which I was referring to. It is only a small sample of what she had on her site when it was up and running, and I thought I saw the GIF you posted there at one time, but I could be mistaken.
Her story for blurring her face was that she was a fairly high profile model that due to the revealing nature of some of the photos posted on her site, did not want her true identity revealed and thus affecting her reputation.
