I tried Downloadhelper and it gives me the same message using both download and quick download. I already had Videodownloader. Both are on the current Firefox browser. I have tried probably 15 times by now. The video pauses to reload the buffer many times while watching the video. I don't think it is my connection because I have downloaded a number of other videos from the same site.

Does anyone have any other suggestions?
